Purifying the Chennai COOVUM RIVER

The Chennai Coovum River was once upon a time, a few decades back pure and used for local transportation. How to purify it and restore its glory to remove the bad smell???.....Well, the answer is simple.....Go to the source of the Coovum river which is at an elevation somewhere at a distance of 25 to 30 kms from the city of chennai. This source of Coovum river must be linked to the ocean bed through a horizontal and a vertical tunnel which is five feet in diameter.. Before building this tunnel, there should be controllers to control the flow of water like that of those at KRS water dam at Mysore, built by Bharat Ratna Vishveshwariaha...apart from controllers, there must be fencing walls built throughout the length of the coovum river to ensure that excessive water does not affect the people staying nearby...Now ocean water will start flowing through the coovum, throught the year....this running water which is recycled back to the ocean will purify any amount of imppurity....
